Strategy Development


Strategy shows the way to a long-term goal, and thus describes the development and change in an organisation over time. Classic strategy consultants and science know countless models and tools for that. In our experience however, the ability to identify relevant trends and to think in over-arching contexts, as well as both courage and conviction, should take precedence over the theory. We like to follow Carl von Clausewitz, the great military strategist, who demanded that commanders and senior officers should not only formulate a strategy but also think strategically in the proper sense of the word.


In this sense, we understand strategy work as the convincingly stated process for achieving the objectives and the desired positioning.
